I worked with Central Oceans on a project involving moving multiple over-dimensional loads on an island with cumbersome permitting requirements along with a very tight project schedule. Central Oceans was quick to understand the scope of what they had to do and were willing to put in substantial effort during the bidding phase to give me confidence they would be able to perform. While Central Oceans ended up being a subcontractor to the prime contractor, I had full confidence in their abilities after interacting with them during bidding and seeing what they brought to the table with a very specialized skill set.
